How do I use Bespoke?

Three options

How does the Creative Catalog work?

Initial setup: Pick 10-20 recent, high performing campaigns to form the initial catalog.

Ongoing: Add 3-4 pieces of new creative to the catalog weekly, and remove creative that is no longer relevant (out of stock, season change).

Can I still run manual campaigns?

Yes. You can turn Bespoke on and off at any time in our app.

Many of our customers pause Bespoke on days with a time sensitive message (BFCM, sales, launches) and send a normal 8AM campaign to all subscribers.
